Monitoring an Active Campaign
How to watch results in real time — which Groups published successfully, which failed, and what's still in progress.

Go to the Campaign page
On the Campaigns page, click the active Campaign. You'll see the status of every Group individually.

Understand the statuses
Each Group shows one of: ⏳ Pending, 🔄 In Progress, ✅ Published, ❌ Failed, ⛔ Paused, or 🛑 Rate Limited. The system updates in real time.

View the detailed log
Every publish attempt has a detailed log: timestamp, status, and an error message if there was one. This helps you understand why a Group failed.

Handle failed Groups
Failed Groups have a "Retry" button. You can retry immediately, or add the Group to a skip list for next time.

Tip: Rate-limited Groups get an automatic retry after 30 minutes.
