Managing Multiple Publishing Profiles
How to run multiple Facebook accounts in parallel — perfect for agencies and businesses managing several brands.
Understand the concept
A Publishing Identity is a Facebook profile you publish through. You can connect several profiles to a single Natural Poster account — each one operates independently.
Go to the "Publishing Identities" page
In the menu: Publishing Identities → Publishing Identities. You'll see a list of every connected profile.
Connect another profile
Click "+ Add New Profile." In the app, log out of the current Facebook account and log back in with the additional profile. The app will detect it automatically.
Set the selection mode for Campaigns
For each Campaign: manual (you choose), automatic (the least busy profile), or round-robin (equal rotation). Each has its own advantages.
Track profile health
Every profile gets a health score. If a score drops, the system automatically shifts load to the other profiles.
