💡 Tips for using hashtags
✓On Facebook — use only 2-3 hashtags. Too many looks like a spam signal.
✓On Instagram — 10-15 hashtags is recommended (the maximum is 30).
✓Always include one branded hashtag with an underscore, e.g. #new_apartment_austin
✓Specific (long-tail) hashtags work better than generic ones.
✓Don't use the same hashtags on every post — Facebook will flag it as spam.
